Like in Warband. It would be more dynamic fighting and skill based.

Right now the combat seems turn based, you use ability and watch the long animation in which you are stuck and see what enemy chosen to cast and him stuck in this choice till the animation is over. It should be the way that make player be able to change, cancel what he was doing and react to whats happening. Why taking controll away from the player in controll of his avatar? This is very bad choice you guys done.

No thank you. I much prefer a system where attacking is a commitment and you can't simply cancel the animation at any time. Warband is fun and I played a lot of it but I prefer a slower pace and more strategic rather than reactive combat.

Strategic? Why dont you play strategy game if you crave for more strategy and turn based gameplay insetad of reactive and skill based dynamic battle?

Not every game has to be entirely twitch based. Chivalry is an example of slower, more deliberate combat that works fairly well.

also... reload of a gun should also be done when player wishes to do that, not after firing locking player in reloading animation.

True and chivalry its a pretty good fighting game, strategic and slow at the same time.

in real life , if you swing your sword and at the middle of your swing you abort, what dows it do? you will throw your sword to the ground, your hit will continue his blow Ya second answer , in the real life if you try stop some action like blow an opponent with a sword strike you are not able to cancel the attack like you want. Just use a sabber and try it, if you have one(i ve got one and its impossible to cancel a strike after lauch it), so its unreal and i dont know why this ''casual move'' should be in Panzar
