Who clearly dont have an idea about how to release a multiplayer game... MP based games are unplayable without players. You are currently asking people to buy stuff for the game that they cant play cause they spend forever in the queue. New producer might understund what is game promotion and start promoting it.

The lack of promotion is definitely an issue in my opinion. I'm not going to go pointing fingers though, it's not my place.
