Nah, if they only knew what causes crashes, they would fix it. In case like that, the only explanation must be a bad hardware.
Because never bad game programming, right?

It looks better without those reproaches;) If i were you Rox i'd first reinstall the game and then send them every single detail about your computer, about applications being on when you're running the game, if the crashes went on.
