When clicking support, it's hyperlinked to a mailto address.

As a majority of people do not use an Outlook-style mail client, I'd think it would be 1000% more beneficial to add a simple PHP mail form.
Add a captcha to enhance spam security.

Clicking the Support link rarely will result in a user opening a mail client. Even then, they have to copy the link and send an email from their website-based mail client.
Just a suggestion that I think will benefit your users.
