As a tank you might find it easy to take it but find it difficult to dish it out. If you get Battle Rage it will help you so much, for each the Tank bangs his shield with his sword (Part of the ability) he gains +5% damage. You can only get a maximum of 5 buffs meaning you can dish out 25% more damage, and that's just at level 1!!! I hoped this helped you new Tank players but always use this ability BEFORE you go into battle. Tank it out laddies  C.E.R.J.C. |

lolwat damage output isn't your task, only stupid tanks use it in teamfights(because every stack of battle rage decreases your block rate by 5%) I dont even have it skilled |
