 General Berserker questions So on what are you guys focusing wtih your berseker when it comes to runes and equipment in general?mastery,health,atack speed?

Re: General Berserker questions You should go for health if you use the berserker's rage since the health debuff will greatly reduce your survivability.
If you don't use the rage however you may want to try out mastery since you will then have a decent hp pool.
Depends on what you chose to take in the altar !

Re: General Berserker questions When you level your zerker to 20lvl there will be able to get a skill called Berserk Rage, it increases your attackspeed, critrate, damage etc but id reduces your health (R1 10%, R2 7%) For new players I strongly recommend go full hp, for a bit more skilled 50%hp 50%mastery but the best option is to find out what suits your gameplay
