Post subject:  Kupilem za sms Kryształy i nie mam ich w grze
Witam serdecznie! Otóż kupiłem dzisiaj o 8.20 rano kryształki za SMS na stronie Panzara. I na tej stronce pokazuje mi że je posiadam już a w grze nie mam ich do tej pory wie ktoś co mam teraz zrobić? bo to chyba nie jest normalne ze czekając 3 godziny nie mam ich dalej w grze :/ Pomóżcie Pliiis

no wlasnie juz restartowalem z 5 razy nic nie dało :(

Did you get a confimation SMS?

Go to https://support.xsolla.com/ and start a chat session.

Make sure you have your GSM number provider and country. They can check you transaction.

He see him crystals on website but not have crystals in game

Yes White wolf I got the sms confirmation that I made a transaction and on the side I can see this crystal and in the game not

Can you post 2 screenshots?

one for you web interface with crystals and one for ingame without.

I'll see want Panzar Studio can tell about it.
