Post Panzar Rules License Agreement
This document is an integral part of the License Agreement.

All the rules set forth in it are binding for all Members of the Game. By registering with PANZAR, you agree to comply in full with these rules.
The Game Developer reserves the right to restrict access for any user account to all Game resources and / or game chat at any time for reasons that include, but are not limited to, violations of the current rules. Decisions regarding this are made based on the User account actions that hinder the normal course of gameplay.

The Administration reserves the right to modify or remove any information contained within this document which is a threat to the safety of other Members, violates the rules of morality and ethics or the laws and regulations of Russian Federation.

I. Prohibitions and Restrictions

Types of restrictions:

• Restricting access to game chat (ban) - limiting access to communication options in the Game.
• Restricting access to game client (ban)- limiting access to the game by blocking a user account.
• Restricting access to character (ban) - limiting access to the game client by blocking characters.


In general gameplay, battle and other chats, the following actions are prohibited and will lead to restrictions on the player account:

1. Insulting Members, foul language and other morally and ethically offensive comments - game chat ban for a period from 1 to 14 days.

2. Repeated posting of information (messages, phrases, symbols, etc.) aimed at diverting Members from the conversation subject (flood). - game chat ban for a period of 1 to 7 days.

3. Abusive use of uppercase letters (for example, when the Caps Lock) - game chat ban for a period from 1 to 7 days.

4. Distribution of personal information and data about a Member that are not publicly available without his consent - game chat ban for a period of 3 to 7 days.

5. Obtaining information with the intention to transfer the account associated with PANZAR from one user to another - permanent game chat ban or permanent access ban to the game.

6. Distribution of false information about the Game, the Administration or Members; slander - game chat ban for a period of 3 to 28 days.

7. Extortion of other Members’ login information using threats of moral, physical or technical harm, as well as In particular, information including username and password for the user account, e-mail address - game chat ban for a period of 21 days or permanent access ban to the game.

8. Discussing means and methods to incur damage and/or losses to PANZAR as a whole, as well as the Administration or Members - Game chat ban for a period of 14 to 28 days. These techniques include cheat programs, bot programs, errors and collisions cards, as well as exploiting vulnerability of the game client or project, giving an advantage in gameplay.

9. Threatening violence against Members or Administration - game chat ban for a period of 21 days.

10. Advertising messages of all kinds, in particular links to Internet resources, excluding references to Game resources or fan resources - game chat ban for a period of 3 to 14 days.

11. Insulting Administration, discussion of their actions explicitly or implicitly - game chat ban for up to 28 days or permanent access ban to the Game.

12. Provocation of all kinds and expression of intention to violate the License Agreement and the Rules of the Game, including, but not limited to, posting messages and committing acts that encourage other Members to commit violations - game chat ban for a period of 14 days.

13. Any actions or statements that violate the laws of the Russian Federation - game chat ban for a period of 3 to 14 days.

14. The following options nicknames are prohibited:

- containing information that may lead to erroneous user identification as a representative of the Administration;
- containing insults or obscenity;
- containing veiled or direct offense to a particular ethnic or racial group, containing a hint of racial or ethnic superiority;
- containing abbreviations, expressions or phrases using profanity (including veiled);
- containing direct or indirect promotion of alcohol, drugs or other prohibited substances.
- containing veiled or direct reference to obscene use of body parts vocabulary.
If nicknames of accounts violate these rules, Members are required to changed them. In this case, the character will be locked pending the renaming.

15. It is strictly prohibited to use programs that simulate user actions in the game - game access ban for a period of 1 to 28 days or permanent blocking of access to the Game.

16. It is strictly prohibited to interfere with gameplay or demonstrate other types of unsportsmanlike conduct such as:

- deliberately inflicting damage to ally buildings and characters using game objects, such as barrels, and explosives.
- setting teleport locations in places with locked exits.
- informing members of the opposing team through battle chat about the whereabouts of Members belonging to the player's team.
- all other forms of unsportsmanlike conduct that would be recognized as such by the Administration.
The following sanctions apply: game access ban for a period of 7 days or permanent game access ban.

17. It is strictly forbidden to name clans and teams, both full and abbreviated, as follows:

- directly or indirectly connected with the organizations convicted of crimes against humanity, causing a negative reaction in a large number of people and/or related to terrorist organizations, including those operating at the moment;
- containing insults or obscenity;
- containing veiled or direct offence to a particular ethnic or racial group, containing a hint of racial or ethnic superiority;
- containing abbreviations, expressions or phrases using profanity (including veiled);
- containing direct or indirect promotion of alcohol, drugs or other prohibited substances.
- containing links to other Internet resources;

The following sanctions apply: disbanding the clan and temporary game access ban for its participants for a period of up to 28 days. The severity is determined by the Administration. Violation of these rules can also lead to the clan or team being banned from tournament participation.
The Administration is not responsible for the creation of similar names clans. No action in respect of such clans will be taken.

18. It is strictly prohibited to use the Game as a platform for information placement with the aim to gain access to accounts and personal data of Members of the project and conduct financial fraud and wire fraud. Such information includes:

- disseminating information that could harm Members or Administration of the project;
- sending personal messages to Members impersonating Administration with a request to for username and / or password
- posting links to other resources, impersonating official resources of the Project
- sending messages to Members impersonating Administration asking to install software
- impersonating representatives of the Administration Project for any other reason

The following sanctions apply: game access ban for a period of 21 to 60 days, or permanent game access ban.

19. Direct or indirect promotion of drugs and alcohol, use and other information that could induce the desire to use illegal substances - game chat ban for a period of 3 to 14 days.

20. Direct or indirect statements or information of sexual nature - game chat ban for a period of 3 to 14 days.

21. Alteration or modification of files and directories included in the Game. Creating and using third-party tools with the intent to commit gaming fraud - game access ban for a period of 14 days or permanent game access ban.

22. Creating and using a bot software programs - clickers, macros, keyboard and mouse control, as well as other similar schemes to accumulate experience and gold without user intervention - game access ban for a period of 14 days or permanent game access ban.

23. Interception, emulation and other active operations related to the Game’s network messages - game access ban for a period of 14 days or permanent game access ban.

II. Complaints and Appeals

1. Complaints

In case of rules breach, insults or other foul play, Members are requested to contact community@panzar.com. This email should include:
- description of the event
- screenshot with visible nicknames of participants in case of chat insults
- video stream with visible nicknames of participants in case of bug exploitation or other kind of unsportsmanlike conduct in the Game.
The Administration’s decision is final. No action will be taken without the requested proof (see above),

2. Appeals

Complaints are only accepted from the affected Member.
Complaints received from third parties who are not affected will not be accepted or considered.
The statute of limitations for complaints is one calendar month from the date of the violation.
Complaints of violations that do not fit within the specified time frame will not be considered.
To appeal the decision, the application must be accompanied by evidence disproving the offense.
