I’m Overview/Caseine, the leader of Smugness (from PubMaster).

Smugness was create at the beginning of the server as a competitive line-up for tournament.
Since then, we won and lost some fights but we always tried to keep the game fair and fun.
Unfortunatly, today we won’t be playing this tournament. The recent event (stopping league in middle of season, new prize distribution…) force us to reconsidere are position on this game.

To be honest, we would have accepted almost any rules/tournament/event but we can not accept the arrogant and condescendant tonne Admin and GM are using when they talk to us.

They don’t really give a sh!t about our opinion and they don’t want to hear us. They think that what works on RU server have to work here (where we have less than 8 active and serious line-up). Basically, they told us that if we aren’t happy, we should just stop playing. So that’s what we are gonna do!

I hereby invite all players to follow us. If you like Panzar and you want to have fun with it for more than a month but you feel uncomfortable with the new management and new tournament, boycott tonight’s event. For the other, I wish you a good tournament and hope that you already have another game to play because I’m not sure Panzar will still be here in few weeks if nothing changes.
I know some big clans will do the same but I don’t wanna talk for them.

To admin & GM, this isn’t RU server. Community is younger, consomation habits are differents… Stop seeing us as cashcow. You obviously don’t know the server, start a constructive conversation and hear our feedbacks pls.

And the new system now allow a team with 7 players minimum. However , they must forbidden player under level 20 in tournament. So yes it's better for me except the rewards ;

2)It seems to me "Do like I want or I'll leave" is not constructive way of discussing anything. If you want to act like terrorists - ok, but it would not change anything.
3)If you woild like to discuss something - you are welcome, but let's stay polite and constructive

That system makes no sense to me. Minimum require should be 10 Players with level 20.

Don't get me wrong, we aren't doing it to fock it up, most of us like Panzar and want to keep playing it.
If we are protesting, it's because you clearly closed the discussion and don't want to hear our feedback. What else should we do, shut up and accept to see you killing the game?

btw: We see here the cultural difference... if boycott is a terrorist methode

From my point of view "Ok, guys... I don't like it. I'm out" - boycott
"Do what I want or I'll leave" - terrorism

And nobody closed discussion, we are always open. From our point of view it's better, it gives better motivation to fight and win. In next days you'll see the full rules of Panzar League maybe it will give you clear vision of whats happening.

Also right now we are trying to find most conviniet way to provide you with better prizes, which you'll obviously appreciate

Hey, the following things I'm gonna say isn't ment to harm our dear devs and admins... I love you, no homo.

This is EU community, people here have different concepts compared to ru. You can't apply same methods as on ru server and expect the same outcome. People need exact information and the reason of your decisions. People want open-minded admins and CMs that share a mutual interest in the game. It seems like you are talking to us just because you are being paid for it. Why didn't you creat any topic about closing the Finnish office of Panzar? I mean, yeah, it's your office, you can do whatever you want with it and all but why the hell would you keep it from us? I sent a pm to Ufinicie(ex-CM) and didn't recieve any answer thinking that he simply ignores me, and later I found out that you dismissed all of them. It's a starting community for crying out loud. You can't just do something overnight and wait for people to be happy.

How come you accept swearing in any other languages besida russian and now ban for a simple outburst of emotions that were held back for some time?
