 Premium Account Hi, my first post on boards, I would like to ask if there is going to be any sort of compensation to people that hold a premium account as I do, the reason for this request is it seems to me we are all paying for something we do not get a lot of the time.
We get disconnected out of game halfway through, we get kicked with a nice bug involving spirit stones and to top it all the queue times seem to be getting longer waiting for 30 mins or more a lot of the time.
When you have a limited time you can play anyway it seems pointless now to pay for premium account until things get better or we can get some sort of compensation.
It would be nice to get an official response to this valid question.

P.S This game is good and does have huge potential but a lot of effort needs putting in to keep the players you already have and to gain more.

I've sent my crash logs away a few times now BEFORE the spirit stone crashing bug and no one has ever got back to me. With my past crashing problems and now this new bug I'm lucky to finish 2 out of 5 games. I pay for a premium account and I expect to be treated fairly.
Can we have an official response to our questions please?

Re: Premium Account I lost my rewards for playing like 10 games. I disconnected often after played a FULL game but then some idiots threw the ghost shortly before the battle statistics showed up. So I got zero points and participation but spended like 30 minutes.
Thats really annoying for such a stupid item like spirit stones.
Please compensate our premiums.

Re: Premium Account But there is a little problem. Some people got disconnections because of spitrits and some did not. Lets now everyone say that spirit stones are bad and ask compensation ?

Re: Premium Account Even if you aren't affected by the stones directly you still are in directly as you lose team mates etc to it and it ruins a game, also this post was also about the time wasted to even get into a game the queue waiting time seems to be getting longer and longer which makes having a premium account even less worth it.
