This live was a joke. 40 minutes waiting for nothing.
I had to ask directly Belze to learn that due to technical difficulties the live thing was cancelled.

Did the idea of tell this to people waiting in the twitch chat pass trought the mind of someone of the staff ? You really think that I have nothing else to do that wait and listen to shitty musics ?

Yes organizers apologized, technical reasons they could not hold this time live broadcast, but the recording was made.
In January they will release it in the air.
Dont be strict, this radio make russian community players, they dont get paid for it and do only on their own initiative.
I think we can forgive them for small mistakes.
When the recording is played back, will update the links.

I'm not angry because the were some technical issues that make the live impossible those things happen. I'm angry because no one have the simpliest idea to say something to the people who were waiting for it and that cost nothing.
If they want to apologize about it, they should do it by themselve.
