It has been said in one of the live streams that Panzar makes every Friday, that in Russia it is not the habit to answer a mail send to support even not just to say they got the mail and will look into is.
The community manager Queen Bee said that if your mails are send to
help@panzar.com or
Community@panzar.com that they are read they are trying to find the solution.
If you really have a direct problem post in help and support, I or many of the forum players will answer and try to help, if you have send an email en nobody answers, I bring it to Queens Bee attention.
