1. Less cooldown than the actual skill itself.
2. Can be used on same target over and over again.
3. Has nearly no cost (class points).
4. Now this is where it gets tricky - Not sure if MENT to be unblockable, or just whoever designed this spell made it that way .. but bare with me on this one - BIGGEST FAIL EVER!

Now i've heard Queen Bee herself saying:
"Only those who are not sure what their character should be doing complain- others don't"

Am i wrong or has nearly entire panzar community made a post/complain about this already?

The question is "WHEN"

When do you finally listen to your player base and start making yours and ours life easier?

Least you can do:
Set bigger CD to it.
Allow people to at least block it.
Make it cost more.
Give it casting time (so you're able to prevent it in at least one way).

This is HUGE panzar, and you SHOULD know it. WAY TOO MANY INQUISITORS ABUSING THIS ALREADY!

Im happy with fetter when i play inqui. Else i hate it too

agree for sure that at least fetters can be blocked, it's a minimum for a spell ... some game got not tank, so the inqui can fetters however and whoever he wants at caps the ennemie pack, laughing hard and keep them buse for 30 sec, GG

Fetters is too cheap for 7 cp. Also it should be blockable or dispelable.

I don't think dispelling would help. I mean 25cp vs 7cp. The way of using it should stay as it was - it was useful but required skill to block someone in fetters.
Now you just running to the point to stop the capturing and boom - inquisitor easly blocks you and the game is over.
His points was also doubled comparing to player next to him. That says everything.

Not only game over since healer cant even defend himself.Not at all 1 defensive skill like all other classes have.If a healer is rooted against an good Inq player he is dead with 2-3 power attacks.
