Post Server support
My friend and I both have the game through Steam. We're both in US. For some reason my steam decided I'm on the RU server, and his is on the EU server. I created an account for EU on the site and downloaded the game but we're still having issues finding each other.

What in the world is going on? What can I do to fix this? I already bought credits on my steam account for the game, not realizing I was on the Russian server.

Are you sure?

You can see this in chat channels.

US has 1 channel
EU has 10 channels for every language that is supported.
RU has 12 channels all written in Russian.

Steam has the same servers and the server you connect to is according to your profile info. Last I heard that ones you launched Panzar Trough steam you server is locked in so you can't change.

Due to contract with Steam your connection/logon credentials is completely separate. So crystals bought in steam can't be transferred.

If you have the game more than ones on your pc you can have shortcuts that are incorrect.

If you downloaded the game from the Panzar website from the correct region "left upper dropdown" US, EU, RU. It will propose c:\games\panzar as install.

Launch that Start.exe or recreate the shortcut.

Okay, then I was on the NA server - it had 1 chat channel. However, EVERYONE on it was speaking Russian, and I mean -everyone.-
However, he and I both got the game through steam and we're both in the same country.. so why is he on the EU server?
(I know he's on the EU server because he's connected through steam right now and I downloaded the EU client and we're playing together.)

As far as I understand your locations setting determine the connection server.

IF NOT can you give my your info I'll verify with the Panzar office

Yes, my settings are set to be in Florida, United States, and my friend's settings are Saint Cloud, Minnesota, United States - he got this game before me (a few months ago?) and his account is on EU. I downloaded the game and was on NA according to you (because it only had the one chat room, 'general'.)

If you didn't download the game around the same time that could be the reason your friends is on the EU and you are on the NA server.

The NA server is only up sins a couple of months, when Panzar came available on Steam there was no NA server jet.

This also means that you account is really locked in if you play trough stream. So you can't play on EU using Steam and your friend can't play NA using Steam.
