You all have questions, old ones that didn't get a complete answer and new ones.

It is that time to start asking them again, I wanted to try getting the past question and answers in the first post but it would be a very very very long post so here is how it will work.

1) Post your question on this tread and make it a real question you want an answer to.
2) If it is a question that already had an answer I will answer the question with the info I have or found.
3) If it is a question that is unknown to me I will add the question to this first post.
4) If you have any comment or addition to the question that is going to be present to the Devs also create a Post for it.

PS: Suggestion or Question about money or crystals are not question for the developers and will stay unanswer or deleted from this tread.

Questions for the Devs:

1) Will it be possible in the future to transfer an account from Russian Database to the European Database, if it is not possible please explain what the problems are?

Such an opportunity will certainly be implemented, but later. As you say, in the future.

2) What will be the big change that is planned for patch 36?

• New large PvE-adventure with one of the Three Remaining Gods as a main boss.
• A special barometer which will show the effectiveness of a player in comparison with other players of the same level.
• An opportunity for your character to earn experience even while you are not playing.
• Change of the «Toxic Bay» game mode.
• New ability system.
• New abilities for each class.

3) Are there any plans to make clan battles available for training between EU Clan and RU Clan?

Such plans exist, but we will realize them later.

4) Would it be possible to look into the penalty for leaving a battle? (Players are leaving just before end of battle so Effectiveness would stay the same)

We've developed some measures against those users who leave a battle just before its end or intentionally lie dormant. But, to be honest, right now we are not ready to apply those measures. The matter will be dealt with eventually.

5) Does Panzar have planes to go on Esport?

Sure. We plan to evolve and expand our tournament system. The more activity in that direction the better.

6) Are there plans for spectator mode while waiting for a game so you can watch a friend?

I'm afraid not. We're not going to do something like that.

7) Are there plans for a replay of last battle?

Unfortunately it is technically impossible due to the engine peculiarities.

8) You have the "KillCam" will there be a real "KillCam" so you can see who killed you and how so small replay?

Well, maybe in days to come there will be a possibility to see who have killed your character and what amount of damage have been inflicted, but not right now. Concerning replay – as I've already said it's not possible.

9) I have a ping to panzar with 105ms delay, how come that is so high? according to WW average connection is 50-60ms, this is normal for EU but that is still high please explain why it is so high?

PANZAR servers are situated in Moscow, that's why some European players may have a rather high ping.

10) Will there be more customizations other then Colors, Skins and hats?

An assortment of hats for all classes will expand - no doubt about that. Also we are thinking about adding new luminant colors for painting your characters' armor.

11) What do you think about the upgrade system, is it going to change in the future?

The upgrade system will remain unchanged.

12) Why did you deleted the runes from the shop before the permanent runes come?

Resources needed for permanent Runes crafting have completely different drop showings than temporary ones. It was absolutely impossible to just convert them, we needed to put temporary Runes out first.

13) Are there plans to add more status option to the webchat or ingame status for a player? "Away" would be a useful one.

Actually yes, we have plans to add functionality to the game chat. Right now can't say anything about the timescales but it will be done undoubtedly.

14) In one of the live stream there was talk about changing toxic bay to the same mechanism as Mines of Krohom is that still going to happen?

Of course. That insane mechanism will appear at the Toxic Bay in the Update #36.

15) In april Planes where presented for future patches, there was New game mode "Convoy" can you tell us more?

“Convoy” is the name for a new PvE game mode in which players will be required to accompany a carriage through great dangers and hordes of ruthless foes. We expect the location with it to be our next major PvE goal after the new map coming in the 36th Update.

16) There was talk about training area is that still to come?

Sure. PANZAR training room is still in the works. We are going to place it somewhere under the “Altar” tab. In the training room a player will be able to exercise his abilities with bots and leave it at any moment.

17) Would it be possible to merge the friend list from all my chars.

We plan to completely reconsider the whole system of friendship in PANZAR. It's quite possible that friend lists will merge.

18) When come Patch 35 and what has been done so that High skilled players, can find much faster games?

All the things needed have been done. After the 35th Update high level players wait for a game much less than before.

19) Why you deleted that feature which we were able to change gems into pots?

This change was made in order to maintain economical balance within the game.

20) Will the friends BV be added to the in game friends list?

Web chat will be transferred to the game client soon and consequently you'll be able to find your friends' battle value in it.

21) Why after more then a year the tournament gird is still a problem it has to many ways to manipulate can it be put in priority?

We do not consider the tournament system to be ideal and, of course, are going to revise and change it. All in good time. Stay tuned.

22) It will be nice if you get points for shielding ice witches (shockwave fire, shield enemy healer,....), more points for battery ram like in the life stream get point for carrying the ball or box.

It's hard to make due to some technical issues. Capabilities of our engine are not infinite, you know. But as soon as we finish all high priority tasks we'll think it over.

23) why can't we choose what map to play on PvE mode? Is that something that will come in the future?

We hope to give such an ability to a comletely gathered group's leader in perspective.

24) Matchmaking is still a problem in many games what are the planes to make Matchmaking better so you have more even matches.

With every update we are trying to upgrade our matchmaking system. It is much better now than it was a year ago for example, and it will become none the worse in the period ahead.

In the Future , could we transfer characters from RU to EU ?

is there going to be new altars ?

When will it be possible to train against RU Team (I mean, as a european team, invite a russian team to a battle without recreate the whole team on the russian serveur and pay for amu/runes) ? It's still needed

Do you consider to boost penalty for leaving battle? What do you think about temporarily blocked entering to another battle for leaving?

Where is this information which says 50-60ms is normal for EU?
