I have begin to play in the beginning of December 2013, and since then, I have see thing that make me doubt. I have see a lot of players leave because of change in panzer craft and upgrade, tournament fail like chaos sphere, and 2 months without official tournament, and its not the first time we have to wait for crystal, because the crystal guy is not there (not professional).
And the matchmaking, me lv18 with 2000effective, playing against lv30 whit epic stuff and 2700+effective, in the same game, talk about fair..... lol.

his it the same on the Russian server?

The servers are now merged hmm so it's a 'yes' to the 'fair' thing.

this matchmaking problem is also on ru, because publicgame all 3 server play together, but we connect to the russian server.
So we have alltime 100+ ms ping, and Lagshot's every Game ;(

The second point , there are toooo much upgrades amuletts and equip . This ruin's the Matchmakingsystem . For this amount of Upgrades/Runes/Equip/Amuletts you need like 12k+ People who playing at the same time.
2 way's to fix this Problem.
1.) Give everyone the same stuff, and also Amuletts and Runes. So everyone has the same stats, and the matchmakingsystem must search only for classes and not for all.
2.) Increase the Playerbase extremly

Now you can image if panzar fix this.
Increase playerbase extremly with this matchmaking doesnt work.
For point 1, panzar will loose some money -> but they increase the prices every patch. so they need more Money.
So Panzar dont change this Itemsystem .Permanent runes are comming, but in the same time Amuletts has no 100% craftingchance, only 70%.
Without Premium you cant farm this Amuletts, and with Premium you must play like 20 hours per week with 1 char, for full amuletts.
If you are unlucky , some amuletts will fail. So you need 30 Hours per week for 1 char with premium!!!

Thats the reason why EU has only 40 Full stuffed Guy's . they win crystal in tournament and can play for free.
Other player who dont win crystal must spend alot of money , and nobody want to spend so much money for a game with so less player.

so i say, they dont care about the REAL PROBLEM of panzar. And this is the reason why we have now max 80 People in globalchat.
1 Year ago we have 300-400 Player in globalchat.Every child know that p2w doesnt work, but only panzar dev's dont realized this.
Maybe the should change some Person from the adminstuff, or this game will die pretty soon.

Yes, they care. It is natural.

In the begining (4 years ago or more) they were sponsored, so almost was free or but now they must earn money.
So every step they made will lead to get MORE $$$.
