Tournament rules will be followed. Community has the last word.

I will not play in tournament I will check every team before I create grid. If I see team with less then 6 players I will kick them out.

There is no tool to see if all members of team are online so I can't kick the teams that is not ready before or after I create the grid.
The only what to get those team out of tournament is to make every team play against fake team on purpose if 6 players are ready at the moment they will go to the next round.
