There are some other issues that I am not sure if they are bugs or cheats...
For example some of fire or frost witches run as fast as inq or zerk. with my zerk I cant reach them... But theoretically it shouldn't be that way. I haven't recorded that yet but maybe in near future will.
However I have recorded another interesting issue from ice witches. If you check my video at 00:15 you see I run straight into the frost witch winter cold. Please pay attention how I get frozen.
It starts from 4 then 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 ... 9 and 10. and the same way defrosting 9 the 8, .... 4, 3, 2, 4. I have seen being frozen normally starting from 1. this may be seen insignificant but believe me it makes a huge impact on the game as you get frozen much faster before hitting the frost. I am not sure if they made it intentionally or maybe they cant count or it's another cheat. Please let me know. Thank you.

I didn't get this at all - what are you talking about?
Speed of freezing was changed with one of last big patches (i think the one that e.g. changed the way the tank's chain or inq's fetters skills look like), as well as their freezing range was. I think.

when you enter freeze hitbox, you automatically get 4. even for 1 second, you will still get 4 as a base freeze so it slows you down
