 Reset Effectiveness Panzarians,
Tomorrow there is planned to do a reset of the Effectiveness or Battle value.
This means that you good and bad performance are erased.
Effectiveness = Character + Armor + Runes + Battle performance.
Reset means your effectiveness will be Character + Armor + Runes + 0 as battle performance
