How come we have to wait so long for a game to pop up after hitting level 5? I have been playing very casually and I'm already level 5, I imagine most of the other people should be lvl 5 by now as well - that should mean there should be enough people for a game to pop up more frequently?

Congratulations on making it to the next bracket! While many players are reaching level 5, most are still experimenting away with lower level characters. This will undoubtedly soon change, but in the meantime I recommend testing other character classes that you may not yet have at level 5+. This will not only allow you to play more, but also speeds up the leveling of others. :)

I think the best idea is having one character which u are going to get the best EQ with good tree skill. More characters equals to play in game like MOBA ^^

I met the same problem yesterday,when my champ reached lvl 5.
Like Alistair said what i should do if i wanna play only healer for example??
You will give me the same answer?? Just try other champs LOL !! THIS IS JOKE or something.
Another question is why i need to play random maps ?? Some of them are just stupid and really unpleasant to play.
Matchmaking system doesn't work at all and what you are saying to us players is "Help others get some exp" LOL

You as a company made a decision to introduce this game to players around Europe.
But i think this game is far from being rdy to show it to other ppl.

The problem here is that at lvl 5 everyone makes a new character - hence there will not be any level 5+ games (except a few rare occations i've gotten a game there) because everyone is tired of waiting for it. So people will just level to 5, make new char, level to 5, rinse and repeat.. noone has patience enough to wait 15-30min+ for a game


You need to make it so that after 5 mins of queue, level 5+ players will automatically search for 1-5 brackets also, even if that means getting less materials and exp, we'll still get to play our main characters that we love.

You should wait for other people. The game is started few days ago, so not many people reach 5 lvl.

I understand your frustration over this, after reaching level 5 among the first, the matchmaker will have trouble finding matches for you when there aren't enough of equal level opponents and teammates available. It won't take long however before more and more people reach the next bracket, i.e. level 5, and after this games will continue normally. I wish we had a different method of solving the issue immediately, but for now all I can do is to ask for your patience in waiting other players reach the level you're already on.

you certainly have a point, and the intention was not to tell players keep playing levels 1-5 over and over again. At the same time, waiting for a game for over few minutes gets boring really fast, and it can be a nice interlude to have a go with a different class, especially with one the player hasn't tried before. Overall though, it's good to stay on the character one wants to focus on, and be ready for the games. Asking others on the chat channels is also a good way to map out what level players are around, and by communication it'll be easier to have everyone at their high-level chars at the same time.

Finally, we're now on the third day of the launch, and I believe level 5 is starting to be more and more common already. The matches will be more frequent and I would be surprised if there won't be a healthy queue available later today. I'm soon level 5 myself and will be joining you guys on the queue, so see you there! :)

I must say it is really ridicolous.
You telling us to wait, but most of people will quit the game because of that.
Lets make an example.
There is a player X he just reached lvl 5 and tried to match up with other players because he enjoys the game.
But he failed at matching up because there was not enough players with 5 lvl. He decided to do somethign else for next few hours.
In the time that he was offline, some other people reached lvl 5 and they also tried to matching up in queue but because player X left there still wasnt enough to match up with. So. the other players had been tired of waiting for people. So they just quited because people dont like waiting so long.
How do you want to keep up new players or those little bit older if they cant play at all ?
I been in queue for 2 hours and couldnt play at all and im also tired of it/
There is no even bot mode for people like me that reached abovelvl 5 so i could actualy enjoy the game. Not just look at Loading buttong for few hours without any resultats.
I hope you will do something this at least for some time til we get more players.
You should remove level limit 5- 11 to like 1-10 or something OR lets say that guy lvl 11 is in queue he is waiting alrdy 5-10 minutes so make it that every 5 or 10 minutes he can face up people with lower levels.
For example he can face levels 5 -11 after 5 minutes he can match up with 4-11 and after 10 3-11. Just suggestion.
I would like to play this game not just sitting there and doing nothing. it is waste of players and time.

I think expanding brackets to lvl1 - lvl 9 or lvl 10 would really help, yeah. I doubt the power difference between lvl 1 and lvl 9 is that much.

Guys, this system from Russian server. It's such optimal. People doesn't enough. Waiting some times, balance made for about 100+ peoples at 5-9 level.
