I'm sorry to hear about the blank screen issues you've experienced. Like AriOrH suggests, problem may lie with the resolution, and testing different options from the Launcher (click the little cog in the top right corner) is the first thing to try. If the options do not seem to change, make sure you are running the program with administration rights. (Find the start.exe file in Panzar folder, right-click it and choose "Run as Administrator." After this you should have no trouble testing the different options.
Another likely cause for display problems like this are video drivers; make sure you have the latest versions installed, check your video card's manufacturer's homepage for this.
