I have a tip for those who tries to find a game on your level - Try to remove some of your gear and you probably will find a game faster.
Unfortunately until we accumulate enough players this problem will persist. Thank you for understanding.

It's me again.Thanks for reply but since that time nothing changed in matter of matchmaking system.
For me and probably other players it just showing how you treat us.
Especially on the beginning you should be trying to solve problems like that as fast as you can.
Remember you have only one chance to give first impression !!!!!!

I understand your frustration but the system works for a good reason. This problem is common to any session based game after launch. You have to wait or in another case other players will have unballanced games witch may give them a very bad first impression as well.

You trying to solve problem with "time" but "time" is thing that most people lack and I think if im gonna wait 2-4 hours for game...Ill faster quit it. Not a single match been played that day. >_>

I think there will be a lot of people later who will argue with you about that. When people choose between balance and time, most of them will choose balance. On Russian servers game starts in 10 to 60 seconds for 30th level and sometimes people ask to wait much more than that to have fully balanced teams. They started from 2-4 hours just for one game on 30th level. This is not a problem for us, because we accumulate people and we knew this will happens. If you are not satisfied with it, you may come later when we have bigger online. Once again i understand your frustration but there is nothing we can do on a start. We already had an experience with "time over balance" and there is much bigger frustrations from unbalanced games. You may try a new class or wear off some your gear to make search faster.

Also when you say you don't have time to wait for a match then what are you doing playing games? Games are like pure time wasters but fun time wasters. But the staff does have a good point i'd gladly take balance over wait any day! The way the have the match making system is to make so you get matched with players around your level and gear! That way you don't get one shotted by people 10 levels higher then you. This system has a rough start considered the game just started and people are still leveling so there's next to none that are 5+ but it will get there in the future just you wait! When it starts filling up it will be great! Good job guys!

While it is really frustrating, I have to agree with the system. I'd much rather have the bracketed system than having higher levels get into low level games and facestomp newbies. The biggest problem I'm seeing is that there just isn't enough players, especially NA players, to make the queues pop enough. After 10PM EST it's pretty tough getting into a game. This isn't something that lays entirely in development territory. We can definitely help solve the numbers problem this by talking to our friends/guildmates/forums and putting the word out. I've been streaming this game as much as possible and posting to my usual gaming forums. Every bit helps.

With that said I'd love for a few things to be added: such as a way to see how many people are in queue. And more importantly being able to interact with the main UI lobby area while waiting instead of being sent to a waiting screen.

What zach said haha he has some good idea but i did mention something similar in the feedback section!
