Post I got banned for nothing
I got a Connection Lost message while playing and when I logged in again appeared another message saying I got banned for an hacking attempt. I swear it isn't true, how can I get my account back?

EDIT:sorry wrong title. Now it's right

Now the account works until i get into a match, then i get the COnnection Lost message and it counts as a new "breaking of the rules" attempt. I've done everything suggested in the topic above.

Greetings ApokEncore,

The issue you described can in some cases be caused by a problem with the internet connection. However, in these cases you should be able to log in again despite the momentary ban. If the issue does persist however, please start with the steps listed at the connection lost -guide.

If even this does not solve the issue, please contact our customer support directly at help@panzar.com for more specific help.
