I think that need support a new teams (clan), and for this add the award for the semi-finals and may be also 1/4.
You can reduce the reward for 1st and 2nd place. Strong teams winners have enough crystals and play for interesting battle.
But for a young team that is not enough (there is no incentive to lose), and crystals for them important.

In this system of tournament, a strong teams are becoming fatter and the weak dont want to play.

I agree with a few things alligator but in Future there will be more good player like Impression, great Freezer, Live, you and many more Ru Gamer.
Some EU Players getting more and more expirience and at this Time there are on the same Level like the good RU Player (for Example: Eisbaer, Digone, Dobak, Weird, Moschn, and many more)
They have a few Months more Expirience but the Time will come that Some Teams of EU Players will be on the same Level Like Keine Gnade, Pub MAsters and so on.

And Yes order and discipline are two things are important too but your Clan is not the only one who have it.

And the reason why your Team need no Training Alligator is that they Train on RU Server so they dont have to Train here on Eu.

So I'am 100% sure that in Future there will be more Fantastics Team like Keine Gnade and Pub´s

I have now 2 char lvl 30 on RU server and good RU player are (very) stronger than you expect. I dont think you can progress if you stay only on EU server but that's my point of view. I regularly come to EU for some FFA games and i found genereally the skill level lower than before.

I have a LVL 22 Paladin on the RU Server and in the next few days i wil get LVL 30.
Same name like on Eu server if you wont to add me.

The Reason why they have more good People in RU server is they have more player.
Every 50 Player is a really great Player. They have 1000 Gamers and on Eu only 200.

Still no word of a Premier league....

I do a little math for some people:

In 1 month we have 4 Tournements. The 1st place gets 5000 crystals. 5000x4 = 20.000 Crystals right?

That means 2000 crystals for each player in 1 month. Now lets see what every player can buy with his crystals.

Example:
3x 600 crystals = 9 month premium and they still have 200 crystals.

Thats the result of a winning team in 1 MONTH! Is it fair to other players? Definitely No!

You can do a better tournement system with more fairness for all players like this:

1st: 3500
2nd: 2500
3rd: 2000
4th:1500

This are 9500 crystals and not 12500 crystals and this system is so much better.

This is a free 2 Play Game.
So everyone can Spend 30 Euro . With 30 Euro you have a full equip Char + Premium for 1 month.
If you play 30-40 Games with premium you have enough Gold for Upgrades. Maybe 100 Games.

The Winner of the Tournament spend the Crystals in Twnks.. so they cant get stronger , because the have all with the Main Char.

like u say it's a F2P, don't u dare say every one can spend 30 euros ...
people come here because it's free, a minority like all F2P, can and want to pay for it.

it's just nonsense to give all these cristals for only 2 teams, like crazy dillan say it's a lot more and more than all they can do with it for one weeks, better to let 10000 cristals on an account for nothing instead of repartiting equal to other who need it for better?

tournament system is at the beginning. doenst seem that perfect yet.
