North America have anything to do with this problem? Que times range from 5-30minutes in which half the time my game will close the moment it finds a match. Working patiently with the game in hopes it has some potential. Any suggestions/feedback appreciated.

Due to the small Community there are not many Players on the Server. That causes long waiting Queues. Tell your Friends about the game or make Advertisement in Forums. Hope we get more Players...

I think the administrator have a big things to do with this. Especially, the customer support they should respond as quick as possible.

So new players dont stay long at PANZAR because they are more waiting than playing.
Try'd to do some advertisement for PANZAR...
