Greetings to admins and community, at first i want to apologize for my english, hope that information what i want convey by this topic will be understanding. In google translate i trust

So, i become to think about it long time ago, why max lvl 20? okay, if we have 30 lvls with such online this would lead to long waiting time for game. But - why didn't make max lvl 23??? Let's see what it give each class:

Tank - may take passive ability, max battery ram, max shield strike => more help for team, more problems to opponent
Bers - finally become GRADE class, not that what it is now... Must'not choose beetween two roles: fat and slow(if you without pal) or with berseker rage - but die from oneshoot(if you haven't full hp rune). Most bers now take passive ability - why? becouse first rank rage give you small grwoth in attack speed and damage, but take 50%!!! of your max health, more effectivly take paladin with Incense of Quickening(rank 2) and not to die from 3-4 gnooms pa after shield strike...
Inq - will not be such overpower like he is now, because other class can learn thier passive and other 20lvls ability. for refernce: to owned publick inq need 13-14lvl(eyes of the wolf and righteous rage) and gear. And you saw least one top inq who played with Sacred flame? - no, they took passive abbility to improve thir health and damage
Paladin - they can take Incense of Quickening(rank 2) and Ring of Immortality + 3 rank of resurraction. OMG you can play clan war and contr skyfire O_O, SHOKED. Ring of Immortality - only one spell that can save your team from skyfire, but pal can't learn it, why? - because he must be BRAINDEAD to take it instead of Incense of Quickening(rank 2)
Frost witch - OMG, they can take passive ability and Instant freez(rank 2) O_O, now only 3-4 top freez use instant freez - the other on 20 lvl take passive ability, why? because it's to EXPANSIVE and duration only 4 sec.
Sapper - Vigrid finally can take mortar - the biggest argument
Sister of fire - except passive ability nothing change, but pal will have skill to contr skyfire :cry:
Gunner - nothing to say, hate this class, hope it will be delete from the game :D

Findings: game become more interesting and complicated, people can feel really power of class for what they played, level of players increase and will beсome closer to ru-game level. Also you mustn't craft new items, because they availble from 24lvl, and it not affect on game waiting time. I really don't uderstand why admins didn't make that change yet, maybe they can answer?

If here is somebody who can translate from russian, i can write this text on it, and you can translate it back to english, to best convey the meaning of my idea

I think that 22lvl is enough for all classes can feel comfortable. For inq is 20lvl))

Hi

I understand what u mean but u know ?? It would not interesting more like u thought....it would same now.

U have more skills, every1 too...So at lv20 u must decide what last skill.....imrpove that, do ur job best, u can see u can do everthing with ur class, dont need more skill. Its really. Hard play will make u stronger

I will put it to the Studio and see what they say :)

This would require modifying the algorithm dividing players into battles - so there is no guarantee anything can be changed - but I can always ask - and I will.

Anyway, yes lvl 23 max will be nice, except gunners - 3 tesla- gravtiy mine - barrel swap and passiv make the gunner op...

sry but your argument are't very intelligent and logical
it's not WoW where you take that talant speck, what displays your game style( 1 class divided on 3 speck, and you can combine it). In panzar all representatives of each class have same ability, and their team effectiveness depends only from their personal skill and game understandig, but now...let's look at situation 2 pals: average pal that have Incense of Quickening(rank 2) and very skilled with Ring of Immortality - one of them you'll take in team? The answer is obvious...
i can show a lot of examples like this and explain why lvl up to 23lvls is such needed here, but I'm tired of translating.

also, the most powerfull skill's, that need great teamplay and tactical decision are aviable on 20 lvls and have 2-3 ranks(in some classes), so even you choose them, their 1st rank are very expensive and not so effective like second.

play 30 lvls on ru, to fill difference... and as Ariorh said - "it's game for 30 lvls" => up to 23 will increase skill lvl of eu players, Is not this developers want?

Thx for answer, hope they make right decision
and if they doubt is it worth to wasting time on it - we can make vote, or even ask's top clans members what they thinking about that, becouse now - they are the "face" of eu server, and it's would smart from developers side on some question to listen them.

Iyomi is right Queen Bee. Listen to this guy because he knows what he's talking about. GOLF WANG plays with 2 fire mages now, because there is nothing more overpowered than throwing 4 skyfires on a point combined with battering ram + curse, and if needed instant freeze, oh and mines from sapper ^^ And you have 8-15mins to farm the classpoints in order to do that. Skyfire should be able to be countered by something, so in this case the paladin with ring of immortality.

Iyomi and Bumbalou are right.

PANZAR should take more skill at the top of every tournament than waiting for enough cp for skyfire spam (I'm talking for level 20 at europe).

Its all about saving classpoints for getting a timed 4 skyfire + battering ram + curse. Thats too easy and doesnt need much skill. To be the best team with the best teamplay it should take some more actions instead of waiting for skyfires.

I want to support this thread. Level 23 for EU is a really good idea.

Only gunner should be changed for level 23 in a small way: put gravity mine higher in the skill-tree and give every gunner a free re-spec so they dont flame. It wouldnt effect russia because they got all skills with their level 30. Its only a cosmectic change for RU but a huge balance change for EU.
