Now if this tournament comes it'll be unbalanced, because humans can't counter anything without ring of immortality.
Elves team will be hard to counter dwarves as whenever they get a setup it's hard for them to survive + hard to get sky's with one cp per hit on gunner.
Most teams will be orcs vs dwarves I think.

for examle in human clan u can have 4 healer, 6 inq. 1/2 healer have ring of immortality on 20 lvl, 1/2 have yellow powder or else. Its your choce. And yes we must reskill some character for this tournament.
for dwarves some can have on 20 lvl gravy mine next lvl, some tesla next lvl, some barrel swap and else.

I saw it in the ru server its so funny cuz orks cant beat mages but dwarves, yes dwarves or mages will win it D

could imagine that humans with 7 inquis and 3 palas also really good. they can dispel every big freeze and the inquis will just get bloodlust and will eat their way through little dwarves and mages.

Inquis also kill zerks with some paladins in their back. ^^

We can use rule for tournament from ru serv, or change something, or create our.
We can or may be administration/moderators create 4 topic for ich race and we start collect ppl.

If you want it so bad, you can do a clan war between 2 races.
However, the playerbase is a bit low to find 20 people of each race lvl 20 and skilled.
