Let's see. It takes you really alot of time to get your first character full geared, with runes and amulets. But, after that it's easy. Me with premium, i can farm resources back for 4 amulets playing a whole day (like a saturday) with premium, and without it would take 2 days then. If you really like a game, you should pay, and I advise you should only pay for premium, and maybe some epic pieces. And as soon you become a good and skilled player with much knowledge of the game, you can participate with good teams in tournament and you will win more crystals than you will use. It takes time, teamwork and patience =)

i agree all f2p are though this one is a bit much though....

by lvl 7 youll be able to make a piece of gear.. pay 2 win players enjoy always being fully geared.. at max level youll enjoy a 2 week wait on forge while you make a item it took you a month to farm the mats for.. only to upgrade it and it gets destroyed.. now go farm another month and wait another 2 weeks to get that item back..

paying players will just keep buying gear upping it till it gets to the level they want.. paying players will always have potions and amulets.. its simply very pay to win but its fun none the less

For new Player's buy the Starterkit until LvL 10 for 25 Crystals.
You got 1 Week Premium and 16 Runes, 4 from every Color.
In this week, you can lvl up your Mainchar to LvL 20. then you have again 120 Crystals (i mean from lvl 1-20 its 145 Crystals)
With this 120 Crystals, buy 2 Importants Amulets on LvL 20 for 1 Mouth.
After this, play 1-2 Weeks again, you are full geared (without Epic)
2 Amulets can you Craft.
And then try, to play serios in Public Games. Good Clan's will ask you for a Team, if you are good enough.

Maybe play no Dwarf for this, because Many Teams wont a gunner in every Map. And only 1 Sapper in the Team.And a Gunner just need many many Upgrades, because shooting is not very hard.
With the Upgradesystem you need like 1-2 Mouths to upgrade your Gear to LvL 20 and you need like 100k Gold.
Icemage or Ork are very important , and every team has like 3 Icewitch and 3-4 Orks. Your Chance is better to come in a good Team with this Char's.

This is false. Items don't get destroyed. Farm Mats, craft your Gear and Upgrade only your highend Gear. LvL 14,16,20. Yes, payers get Gear faster but you still will reach this without paying only investing more Time. So what is here P2W? You can reach and get everything that Payers get. It just takes Time.

Not to mention that if you stall out and farm a little bit at the level caps you typically can get enough mats to get you by. The problem is power leveling which is actually real easy.

Its all about the slider (even though its been nerfed a bit)

Keep yourself in a level bracket for a long time so that you get used to timing and using your skills. This allows you to farm. If you do that for the 2 level caps you should be able to just power to 20 and get your gear a lot easier as well as have a lot of the base fundamental experience.

hm, today i decided to count up how many euro i expend for game to have full gear charter(with full amulets,big runes, potions(300+ of each species), minimum+13 upgrades and 90days premium) and the answer was - zero)
And that was before patch when, as i understand, you gettin crystals after lvlup, of course - pay to win)
same situation i have on ru server near year ago

but i didn't agree with those time-system on amulets and big runes
main problem it's online(and gunners ) and as a result of it - balance problem

90 days premium and 0 euro? something's wrong...
And before patch you didnt get crystals after lvlup. At least since 23rd of August there is not such an issue, apart from the november issue, when you could get <100 crystals at all (for me it was 15 as it started when i had my 'best' character at level 17).

First up, tbh I wouldnt waste any mats on low level gear, it doesnt give you much benefit, also you must have been doing something seriously wrong if you can only craft one piece. Have you been powerleveling (taking XP over gold)? Have you bought the 7 day premium with your free crystals? I am level 13, got a pretty good set of gear and tons of mats left over which I am saving for higher level. I dont plan to buy crystals when I hit 20 to buy full gear, because I enjoy the game and think the devs deserve the money but I never ever feel I cant compete in game.

Also I do think that a lot of people call 'P2W' as an excuse for them dieing. I have been accused of being a 'wallet warrior' in game a couple of times but I havent spent a penny. I just took my time leveling up and used my crystals and resources carefully.

We're able see more and more comments like that nowaday. Yesterday i was a "pony cheater blah blah hacker" just because I was able to kill people with a naked gunner placed on a good spot. It seem that some new people are totally unable to understand that this game is nearly 1 year old so people who start way before them are full stuff and could be better than them.

now i see many full gear characters(inqs especially) on pub that pay to win and if talk censorship they are very bad

p.s in my first tournament that i won, i was without big runes, epics and only with 2 amulets
