As soon as we have any elements of answers to give you, they will be here on this thread. My friend logged in with no steam account and were on wrong accounts. He left and logged in again but it was again another random account. Seemed like a account lottery.

As I said in another thread I logged on around 20 different accounts before having mine (I landed on cokeliko's account and on many other accounts (where the chars have been deleted) I restored around 10 different characters on differents account before logging on mine, finding out that someone had spent 126 crystals on items I already have and that all my chars were about to be deleted. Luckily another very kind player (Donthookme : Thx again mate !) restored most of my chars and told it to aryraal.

Same here. Managed to log in my Acc in about 30 tries, before was constantly loggin in other people acc`s. Many of characters were deleted there. It all started yesterday at 22.58 after global disconnect. Now I know many guys have their Acc`s completely messed up, some one lost all his crystals someone epic gear and so on!

All got messed up late last night. The luancher acting wierd with a delay and then messege that i entered wrong username or password. And i got to an empty account with no chars on. Once there was somebody else acc.
I got on panzar.com and logon there to see if i could make sense of this .
I found that someone been in there and changed stuff and taking my last 40 Crystals and added 3 new chars ! Named as followed : Luckfckyu

I can't log in to my account since last night. It says wrong password or login, but i type good one for sure.
I was using standard Panzar game client, not the steam one.
My only character name in that account was Faart.
When i log in to my account via panzar website i can still see this character not changed, but can't login in to the game.

Edit: When I launch game client as administrator(Windows 8) I can normally login to the game and play. In the past i didnt run as administrator and everything was OK also so maybe something in client has changed. Without running as administrator now i get message about wrong login/password.

Suite à votre incapacité à gérer votre propre jeu, nous sommes victime de pertes de cristaux, d'équipements ou autre.
Pour réparer votre problème vous allez sûrement faire un rollback ou quelque chose dans le genre.
Nous allons donc perdre 1 ou 2 jours avant cet "incident" où NOUS subissons la conséquence de VOTRE erreur, sans compter les quelques jours qui vont suivre où bien evidement nous allons jouer pour rien ... si biensûr nous jouons.
La moindre des choses après nous avoir RENDU notre dû et de nous indemniser soit en cristaux, en prenium le temps que nous avons perdu à cause de votre imcompétence.
Ne serais ce qu'une semaine de prenium pour 1 pèce d'or avec le même principe que le pack des débutants.

Steam aurait pu relancer Panzar Europe, mais votre inaptitude va probablement le faire disparaitre si vous ne faites rien.

Je veux leur faire comprendre que si ils ne réagissent pas (comme ils le font généralement) et qu'ils nous prennent encore pour des chèvres vu que nous ne sommes pas leur chers russes, ils risques de perdre beaucoup de monde si ils ne corriguent pas enfin leur erreurs. (stuff, cristaux, mais aussi le temps perdu en prenium)

Aggressivité totalement inutile dans ton post. Je ne vois pas ce que tu veux obtenir avec ça à part de la mauvaise volonté.

Edit : Je comprend que tu puisse être énervé mais quand on crache à la tronche de quelqu'un on en tire pas grand chose pas la suite.

Mais il est clair que si il y a pas de compensation après réparation , beaucoup de gens vont allez voir ailleur.

I would be ok with just a rollback, then maybe 1 day of free premium just for everyone. You can't go on an individual basis.
