So, my friends from our clan came over the play this game and are having a lot of fun, but we can only que as a group of three. That said, I see the custom game options for clans, are clans actually queing for the custom games? If not...they really need to make it so we can que as a group and get into the general games...otherwise clans won't stick around that want to work together for just a tournament here and there.

You can have clan battles with other clas to play with more than 3 together, but u will get no resources or exp though.
Just imagine, if there could be more than 3 really good players always queueing together. The opponent team mostly wont even have a chance.

So you leave it to random luck with bad's? No...that's how you get good...build teams...

I'm sorry but this is a really bad excuse to why groups of 4+ can't queue together. There's no reason why the developers can't set up a group queue for those people that want to play together to only play with other groups. There are plenty of games that achieve that perfectly well, and clearly it's a popular suggestion as I've seen it pop up a few times. My friends got me to play this game, but I don't see us playing for very long if we can ONLY play against other clans for 0 rewards. It's just silly.

You wont find it so 'silly' anymore once you get to queue against the level 20s. Panzar is a teamgame. Teamwork will win you almost every game. Now let's say im going to queue with like 7 people from the tournament team I play in. You think people have a chance, when we are there with the best gear and good combo's to get every spot? They need to fix the matchmaking system first, before allowing bigger groups to queue.
What I mean by matchmaking, is putting ATLEAST one full geared firemage in each team, because you need it for the dwarves setup.

If you are really with like 6 friends, make 2 parties of 3.. Find out what the best combo's are, and make 2 even skilled parties queueing at the same time. With a bit of luck , you get in the same team. Otherwise , you find against each other. Personally, I like to fight against some friends, it shows you who's the better one, and you will more likely play better if it's against your friends.

I would rather face a team that kicks my ass through good teamwork while playing with my friends over choosing 2 friends and getting my ass kicked due to clueless randoms any day of the week. And the current system does nothing to fix "tournament teams" from stacking teams anyway. Like you said yourself, you can get two groups of 3 and queue at the same time and with some luck you'll be grouped together. That applies to the pros just as much as it applies to me and my friends.

Okay, if you get butt raped by other people but playing with all your friends, you wont find it so funny. They will kill you over and over with all their classpoints.
