well we are lvl 20 unlike ru are 30 of course they got all skills, we need to make some choice it's like u tell us all fire mage got skyfire and it's a bad thing, the reality is on lvl 20 fire mage must have skyfire, skull head and fire beam up are easy to block.

for inq, fetters are the jails? if yes, i heard that they are easy to put on ru, but on eu serv it got a very little range ( inq playing ru and eu told me ) btw need to know why the spell is different ...

in fact i'm agree to tell that inq can be a rly good support with Jet of sand , jail and assist kill frost ect ...
