Is it know funny for lvl 12 to fight against lvl 20 ;)
I dont think so.

Level 23 is enough i think for example:

Paladin can learn ring of immortally, passiv and blue powder 2 or ressurection lvl 3.
The other things you dont need.

Gunner: 3 elec. Sticks ( dont know the name in english), gravitymine or big fat cannon and passiv

.....

You can learn all good skills with raising up to lvl 23 and get the game a new expirience.

Commuity is to small for lvl 30 thats fact but lvl 23 shoud be able to do.

New gear you get with 24 so mastery and life will not change.

Hope my english by sending with smartphone (autocorrect) is ok

For sapper good too: mortal, passiv, flashbang or 4th trap, inq: full scarlet flame, lvl 23 dont good enough for zerk ONLY(will have to choose between vortex or rage, or each in low lvl).o

but guys what does inqui? They get not more gears and not usefull skills anymore:D Like a gunne can choose 3 tesla, pasive and gravity mines. It would be harder then for inqui^^ I will not say its a problem for me. I can kill everyone :D
