Can someone explain to me when and for how long the "50% off of your victory" thing is active? Game crashed on me twice in a row and after finally finishing a round I was greeted with the news that I would only get half of my earnings because I had "quit" too many games. (I haven't seen it again so far, but I hope it's the last time I run into it.)

When you "quit" or quit one game you've got a debuff for the next one. I don't think it stack.
