We have no idea right now why it is banned in Germany. We will continue our investigation.

The GEMA bans videos in germany that use music without permission from the artist. Don't know why that happens on your non-music stream though.
Everyone hates the GEMA.

Let me very coincidentally mention here that I randomly heard that there may exist some programs, so called browser plugins, that can hide/change your IP adress. Proxtube and stealthy for firefox for example.
I don't want to encourage anyone to do anything but I can not prevent anyone from having these plugins enabled or forgetting to disable them while watching videos...
