my effectiveness value is stopped at 2104 from two weeks (or more). how it's possible? even if i win, even if i lose, even if i take my equip off and play naked...my effectiveness doesn't change

No the game has a min BV for you lvl without equipment, if should start changing again if you are more then 5 time in a row in a winning game on top of the list.

i did not understand. i'm level 30 and i have all the equip 27 and 24. and often i'm first on the list... maybe i didn't understand the functioning of effectiveness but before i climbed and descended in my value very often. now i'm stop at 2104 from weeks and this situation doesn't change even if i lose for many times! it's not normal.
