 PATCH 34.4 - Discount on Starter Pack - 10.06 Changes to Starter Pack:
- Amulets instead of runes (replaced)
- Price now 150 crystals
- Includes Premium Account for 7 days, 6 amulets for 7 days
- Total discount: 48%
General Changes:
- Runes can’t be bought in the Forge
- Potions can’t be bought in the Forge

Re: PATCH 34.4 - Discount on Starter Pack - 10.06 So you mean when player gets this starter pack he then cannot buy neither runes nor potions from forge? But If he doesn't buy starterpack then pots and runes are still available?
