Indeed it is but only when implemented appropriately. White Wolf maybe your last game before the one with a crash was finished by a 'runaway' and you just forgot about it?:)

Hi. I had the same problem but I get 50% mats reduce after won match... When I got an reward I got info that my next rewards will be reduced... Anyone have an idea what to do with this? How long this punishment will be on me?

Punishment should only be the next game.
You should only be punish 1 time after leaving a battle.
