I. ABOUT SKILLS (in general)

Each character consists of at least 11 slots of gear and 7000 animations, so new classes will not be added bcs this is very hard task for Developers, only new skills are added.
If new skills will be added to existing skills, then game will be imbalanced, so Developers decided to limit the maximum number of skills available in combat to 6 (+2 basic skills). At the beginning of the game (start of charachter leveling) everything will be as before, but after the player learns more than 6 skills, he will have to decide what type of skill to take into battle.
In patch #37 we will see the first set of skills for the new system. The following patch #38 will increase the number of skills, and players will have 3 sets of skills (profile), which can be changed during the rebirth for CPs. In update #37 this innovation will not be introduced. Total player's choice will be given 15 skills. When leveling, it will be given more talent points, but levels remain 30. If a player stays on 30 level, with the introduction of new skills, talent points will be added to it, player can level up skills and create new builds/skill profiles.
The number of skills added in patch #37 for different classes will be different. Someone will add 2 to someone 3 (inquisitors 4). Reduced number of passive skills for all classes, removes the "Blacksmithing/Forgery skill" (maximum chance to be the default). Inquisitor and the tank will have more new skills, as they have more passive skills. Now skills of Frost Witches can be canceled more easy, so, Frost Witches will not be so popular.

NEW SKILLS FOR TANK:


- Bouncer [54:25]. Tank furiously pushes all enemies in range. Cost: 20 CPs. When casting this skill, tank hit the ground by shield. Orcs fly away closer, gnomes fly away little further. If the opponent jumps, it flies even further. Skill is good to clean the traps.
- Agro [56:10]. Makes all enemies in the sector turn to look at the tank for 3 seconds. Skills, casting by enemies, not canceled. They can do anything with the exception of the mouse movement. Cost: 5 CPs. While casting this skill, the tank makes a battle cry/scream. Tank will always be in the middle of the screen for its victim and with screen pulsation for victim.
- Damage Reflection [57:50]. Tank places buff on itself, through which, being in a block reflects 50% melee damage back to the enemy. Active 30 seconds. Cost: 5 CPs. When this skill in use, tank's shield is highlighted in orange.

NEW SKILLS FOR HEALER:

- Stamp of Chimera [1:04:20]. Level of health for team member can not go below 1 for 3 seconds. Cost: 10 CPs. When this skill in use, healer's belt highlighted in green.
- Holy Armor [1:07:05]. Healer becomes invulnerable to any enemy control for 10 seconds. Cost: 15 CPs. This skill also saves the healer from falling on ground on his back when he power attacked.
- Purification Cast. Now you can undo Run / Block (???)

NEW SKILLS FOR SORKA (SISTER OF FIRE):

- Fire Hail (Fire Storm). Now Sorka throws not skulls, but usual balls. (The following year, Panzar out in China and their laws prohibits show the skull)
- Frost Protection [1:11:15]. Sorka puts buff on itself and becomes protected for 1 minute from almost all skills of Frost Witch. Cost: 5 CPs.
- Gravity/Gravirtation/Attraction of the earth [1:11:52]. Sorka hits ground by her magic staff. All, who were in the air at that moment, falls on the ground, taking damage. The enemies standing on the ground, decreases movement speed by 80% [1:16:57]. Cost: 15 CPs. Skill can cancel berserk's "Combat Jump". Skill can cancel a normal jump of any character.
- Thunderball/Chain Lightning [1:13:50]. Now with immediate pre-cast and adds 1 CP for every enemy hit (if enemy not in a block [1:16:40]). Now the maximum number of hits (7) compensates CPs for this skill (7) [1:14:50]. If between enemies stands teammate, the lightning stops on it [1:15:45]. Is is not necessarily aim straight at the enemy, it is possible to aim near the enemy [1:16:29].

NEW SKILLS FOR SAPPER:

- Construction on the go [1:19:37]. Sapper now puts all constructions on the move, that is no longer need to stop to set up new sapper construction.
- Short Circuit [1:20:12]. Electrical grenade, allowing to disable the enemy mechanisms within 7 meters for 30 seconds. The base armor - 2048 HP. Cost: 20 CPs. All mechanisms within a radius of action will not be able to function, it helps to destroy enemy mechanisms.
Examples: enemy gnome will have to get out of the turret (in the case of the gunner) and destroy this grenade [1:20:32], during this time your gnome can easily get into the turret and shoot [1:20:50]. Alternatively, you can put this granade near the enemy teleport (enemy sapper will see the exit of teleport is working, but it will not work for real).
You can turn off (disable/jam) enemy grenade by your grenade (grenade will be set up, but can not disable the mechanisms). To make grenade operational after arrival, it needs a flat surface, so the grenade bounces off the walls. Grenade also removes barriers/walls of enemy sapper.
- Barrier/Wall [1:22:16]. There is a window in barrier with magic shield for protection (one-way, like tank shiled) [1:22:45 - not good view, 1:22:47 - good view]. Now twice as high, and it is impossible to jump over [1:22:54]. Ally member may lower the barrier by pressing "E" and pass freely through it. After this, the barrier restores to normal state (lift up) automatically [1:23:00]. Thus, the gnome can shoot out from the barrier and it does not take damage insied the barrier from enemy ranged attacks [1:23:29 - not example, but take a look at 1:24:27 - good example]. Barrier can block narrow paths [1:24:05] for enemy or protect your teleport [1:24:50, but teleport not actually shown]. Cost: 10 CPs (the same), built in 5 strokes.
- Hit of Krom [1:25:15]. Sapper screams "Kroma Nakachu" and hits ground by hummer, stunning enemies within 3 seconds of action. Costs: 15 CPs. This skill has a fairly long pre-cast, due to which it can not cancel freezing of Ice Witche, for example [1:25:50]. This skill can be blocked [1:25:54]. This skill is very insidious, bcs you never expect it from such small gnome.

II. OTHER INFO

- In update #37 all battles will be 8 vs. 8 of any classes in a team, but no more then 1 saper and 1 healer in a team.
- Skills of Frost Witch can be canceled by almost everything, so, Frost Witch will not be so popular.
- Next year Panzar out in China, but probably we can not play with them.
- After the release of new skills, Developers will start making new social system. "AriOrH" wants new functions: kick players from the battlefield by voting of its members, the collective ban, an easy way to send a complaint on players, personal blacklist.
- Changed the icons of some skills.
- Changed posing the characters in the menu [1:27:48].
- Added a new type of amulet - Hourglass. It reduces cool down time of skills by 25%.
- Removed critical hits and everything connected with them from the game. If the character have amulet "Hawkeye" at the time of installation of the update, it is automatically changed to "Hourglass".
- Recalculated berserker's damage (with rage, jump) so that they are not lost in the damage (bcs of critical hit removed).
- Class Inquisitor literally born again, it will be interesting and liked by the developers. Inquisitor will punish.
- Developers want to balance patch more. Best players Panzar will test it and most likely there will be a lot of changes (in terms of damage, the CPs, timings).
- There will not be New Year's discounts and gifts, as in previuos years.
- Added new emotions: "Dance" and "OK" [1:34:34, but not good shown].
- When the profiles will be implemented, gnome's constructions will not be destroyed when changing from one profile to another in battle.
- Change of the profile will take all available CPs, but not more than 50.
- After New Year holidays (after January,8) will be another stream, where Developers will tell us about new skills of the remaining 4 classes.
- Update #37 is scheduled for release in January-February 2015.

Le Patch 37

Je tiens à préciser que ceci n’est pas mon travail mais une traduction de ColdLady :D

I. Modification des compétences
En vue du contenu du jeu (animations), le staff de panzar ne prévoit pas de créer de nouvelles classes pour le moment, seules les compétences sont ajoutées
Afin de garder un équilibre dans le jeu le nombre de compétences serra limité, cependant toutes les compétences seront disponible au niveau 30 (des points de capacités seront ajoutés aux joueurs déjà lv 30). Au début de chaque personnage il faudra donc faire des choix entre les compétences (toutes ne pourront être augmentées ^^) Le patch 38 permettra de créer 3 « profils » de compétences par personnage permettant de changer entre les parties

Des compétences nouvelles pour TANK:
Bouncer [54:25] Coût: 20 CP. Le tank pousse furieusement tous les ennemis à portée. Les Orcs s’envolent assez près, les nains volent plus loin. Si l'adversaire saute, il vole encore plus loin. .
Agro [56:10] Coût: 5 CP Donne tous les ennemis dans le secteur tournent pour regarder au niveau du tank pendant 3 secondes. Les adversaires ne peuvent donc plus faire de mouvements à la souris. Ils peuvent faire ne importe quoi à l'exception du mouvement de la souris.. Pendant l'incantation de cette compétence, le réservoir fait un cri de bataille / cri. Le tank sera toujours au milieu de l'écran pour sa victime et avec la pulsation de l'écran pour la victime.
Dommages Coût: 5 CP [57:50]. Le tank renvois 50 % des dégâts en bloquant (dure 30 secondes) Lorsque cette compétence en cours d'utilisation, le bouclier du tank est surlignée en orange.

Des compétences nouvelles pour GUERISSEUR:

Cachet de Chimera Coût: 10 CP [01:04:20]. Lorsque cette compétence dans l'utilisation, la ceinture de guérisseur surligné en vert, cette compétence baisse les dégâts subits par votre équipe.
Armure Sainte Coût: 15 CP [01:07:05]. Guérisseur devient invulnérable à tout contrôle de l'ennemi pendant 10 secondes. Cette compétence permet également d'économiser le guérisseur de tomber sur le sol sur le dos quand il a attaqué le pouvoir.
Purification : annule les sprints et blocages ennemis.

Des compétences nouvelles pour la Sœur de feu:

Crane de feu, juste une modification du visuel du sort (la législation chinoise interdit de montrer des crânes humains). La sœur de feu lancera donc les mêmes boules que son attaque à distance.
Protection contre le gel, 5CP [01:11:15]. Même principe que le buff actuel de la dame de glace, en effet une fois le buff activé la sœur de feu n’est plus affectée par les sorts des dames de glace.
Gravité [01:11:52]. La sœur de feu frappe le sol de son bâton, tous ceux qui étaient en l'air à ce moment, tombe sur le sol, de prennent des dégâts. Pour les ennemis debout, ce sort diminue leur vitesse de déplacement de 80% [01:16:57]. Coût: 15 CP. Cette compétence peut annuler "Bond" de berserk, et un saut normal de toutes les classes.
Chaîne d'éclairs [01:13:50]. Pour chaque énemis touchés 1 Cp serra attribuer (7 max), si un allié se trouve entre les ennemis, le sort est annulé.
Des compétences nouvelles pour SAPPEUR:

- Construction sur la route, compétence passive [01:19:37]. Le Sapeur pourra désormais construire sans s’arrêter de courir (cependant je pense qu’il faudra retourner sur le lieu de pose pour la construction).
- Grenade électrique, Coût: 20 CP [01:20:12]. Grenade électrique, permettant de désactiver les mécanismes (marteau, tourelles, tesla, téléporteur) de l'ennemi dans les 7 mètres pendant 30 secondes. Tous les mécanismes ennemis dans un rayon d'action ne seront pas en mesure de fonctionner cependant les nains adverses ne verront pas que leurs structures ne marchent pas (ex : une grenade placer sur un téléporteur : le sapeur verra son téléporteur comme valide cependant les alliés ne peuvent pas l’utiliser), la grenade contribue à détruire les mécanismes de l'ennemi (points de soutiens ou dégâts ?).
- Barrière / mur, Coût : 10 CP [01:22:16]. Les murs ont totalement changés : ils sont deux fois plus haut et les ennemis ne peuvent en aucun cas passer au-dessus [01:22:54], les alliés quant à eux peuvent baisser le mur en appuyant sur E (le mur remontera dès le passage de l’allié).
Autre modification importante, une fenêtre avec un bouclier magique permettent d’attaquer derrière un mur (grenades, fusil, arc) [1:22:47]

Ainsi, le gnome peut jaillir de la barrière et il ne prend pas les dommages insied la barrière de l'ennemi attaques à distance [01:23:29 - pas exemple, mais jetez un oeil à 01:24:27 - bon exemple]. Barrière peut bloquer les voies étroites [01:24:05] pour ennemi ou protéger votre téléportation [01:24:50, mais téléporter pas réellement montré]. Coût: 10 CP (les mêmes), construit en 5 coups.
- Coup du Krom [01:25:15]. Sapeur crie "Kroma Nakachu" et frappe sol avec son marteau et étourdis les ennemis pendant 3 secondes. Le sort étant assez long à lancer il ne pourra pas annuler le gel des dames de glaces

II. Autres modifications :

- Dans la mise à jour n ° 37 toutes les batailles seront 8 vs 8 de toute classe dans une équipe, mais pas plus de 1 sapeur et un guérisseur par équipe.
- Compétences de sorcière du givre peuvent être annulés par presque tout.
- L'année prochaine Panzar ouvrira un serveur en Chine, mais nous ne pourrons probablement pas jouer avec eux.
- Après la sortie de nouvelles compétences, Panzar va commencer à faire nouveau système social avec l’apparition de nouvelles fonctions: joueurs kick du champ de bataille par un vote de ses membres, l'interdiction collective, un moyen facile d'envoyer une plainte sur des joueurs, liste noire personnelle.
- Changement des icônes de certaines compétences.
- Changement posant les caractères dans le menu [01:27:48].
- Ajout d'un nouveau type d'amulette - Hourglass. Il réduit temps de refroidissement des compétences de 25%.
- Suppression des coups critiques et tout ce qui les concerne. Si le personnage a amulette "Coup critique" au moment de l'installation de la mise à jour, il est automatiquement changé en "Hourglass".
- Les dégâts de berserker recalculée (de rage, saut) de sorte qu'ils gardent l’avantage sans les coups critiques.
- Il n'y aura pas de rabais et des cadeaux du Nouvel An, comme dans les années précédentes.
- Ajout de nouvelles émotions: "Dance" et "OK" [01:34:34]
- Après les vacances de Nouvel An (après le 8 janvier) Panzar annoncera les nouvelles compétences des 4 classes restantes
- Mise à jour # 37 est prévu pour une sortie en Janvier-Février 2015.

I thought damage reflection is for magic shield. I was so happy when i heard about damage reflection but know i know it is not for magical shield :(
