Hi i payed for 21 crystal on this website. It was succesful purchase. But whne i go on my character in panzar i have still 0 crystal. how can i transfere crystal from website into my character? PLZ help me!

You bought crystals on your personnal account on the web site ?

Normally , the crystals are transferred to your account directly after purchase, perhaps do a little long today.

The crystals are not related to the characters , but are available on all the characters associated with the account .

if you are using your profile you get it directly into your account but it could take about 30 min for the transfer to be complete.

if using the GIFT shop that is for giving something to someone else there are 2 posibilities
1) Send it to the selected char (good or wrong selection is possible)
2) You didn't select a char and it is in your gift bought as e promo key.
