nothing it's not going to be released till next week as there were bugs when they released on RU server so EU gonna fix um first then release update

GM i had 55 crystals anyone log in my account and did all my gear in pink -.- and now only 5 crystals,do i will get it back ? i saw other players lost theyr gear and a guy lost 2100crystals they sayd at global chat today we all tought we were hacked, and now i found this thread

you will most likely have to wait till monday and then contact support they will refund your crystals, but it would take time maybe even a few weeks as they have a lot of these to do atm

also pink is pretty badass

And again ... there are many words going through my mind this morning - most of them I cannot write here, if not I would have to ban myself for offensive language.

Unfortunately and fortunately, I know what happened (and my suspicions were confirmed 5 minutes ago by one of our guys).

Following the last error of this kind, after consulting the logs, we found that the error came from the Data Centre we use in Europe. It's in France. Having lived in this country, I know it does a lot of things very well, the food, wine, public health services and snails among them. However, right now, I am so angry and so disappointed at the quality of service provided by this Data Centre, that it is taking all my strength just to not break things (Limp Bizkit fans will recognise this song from One Dollar Bill album).

So basically, here is the mood in the office right now. We have spent 2 weeks with Support and Tournament Admin, reading logs and restoring accounts from the last Data Centre error. We have wasted precious human resources and energy fixing an error which was not ours (and you know it, when Panzar makes a mistake, Queen Bee apologises) ... and we hadn't finished this awful job - and it happens again.

And the most ironic thing about this, is that we would have never known if you guys, our loyal players and dedicated moderators, hadn't alerted us to this issue.

We, all of us at Panzar, especially Support, QA and me, thank all of you for your patience and trustworthiness. As they say,

'Trick me once, shame on you - trick me twice, shame on me'

Shame on us at Panzar for believing that it wouldn't happen again.
